By elevating experienced officers into supervisory roles, we strengthen our ability to serve the community, improve operational efficiency, and develop the next generation of law enforcement leaders,”said Chief Antista.“Promotion in law  enforcement is not just a badge and a rank. It’s about greater responsibility—to the citizens we serve and to the fellow police officers you will mentor and supervise.”
