The Hackensack Comprehensive Bicycle Plan will be a document that will summarize the bicycle connectivity needs of the City of Hackensack, including the availability of bicycle facilities (bike lanes, shared roads, bike parking, etc.) and barriers and gaps in the existing bicycle network. It will make recommendations for the city to act on based on these findings, including a proposed bicycle network and specific designs/bicycle facilities.
