The Bergen County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., in partnership with the City of Hackensack Health Department, invites residents to Choosing Joy: A Movement to Improve Mental Health on Friday, May 2 from 9AM to 1PM at the Hackensack Recreation Center.
This free community event brings neighbors together for a half-day of connection, learning, and wellness, with activities for all ages.
Highlights include a panel of speakers, mindfulness and meditation, art therapy, journaling, and memory care resources.
