I was born and raised in Hackensack, where I developed a strong connection to my community. After completing my education in the Hackensack School District, which included Fairmount Elementary, Hackensack 5/6 School, Hackensack Middle School, and Hackensack High School, I embarked on a dedicated career path. For 8 years, I proudly served as a member of the Hackensack PD, contributing to the safety and well-being of my hometown. My commitment to service extended beyond the local level. As an Army combat veteran, I served in Afghanistan in 2012.
Outside of my professional life, I find joy in various hobbies and interests. I’m an avid paintball enthusiast. I like taking time for relaxation and bonding, I prioritize family moments and cherish vacation experiences. When the opportunity arises, I also enjoy playing video games, provided my kids grant me permission.
Currently, I am continuing my educational at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public administration.
I am enjoying the opportunity to teach LEAD to our elementary school kids. Additionally, running into teachers who once taught me brings a sense of nostalgia and a full circle of gratitude for the guidance they provided on my path to where I am today.
