Hackensack Honors Local Veterans with “Hometown Heroes” Banner Display Program

The City of Hackensack is proud to announce the launch of the “Hometown Heroes” Veterans Banner Display Program, a heartfelt initiative to honor and celebrate our local veterans. This program allows the community to display banners featuring the names and images of veterans along Main Street in Hackensack.

Residents are encouraged to participate by registering online at hackensack.recdesk.com. The program is open for submissions until May 5th, with a banner fee of $125. Due to limited availability, only the first 100 submissions will be accepted.

The banners will serve as a powerful visual tribute to those who have served and those currently serving in the armed forces, allowing the community to express gratitude and pride for their sacrifices.

For more information, please contact the Veterans Banner Program Coordinator at veteranbanner@hackensack.org.

Join us in celebrating our Hometown Heroes!
