PERSONNEL DIRECTOR- CITY OF HACKENSACK, Bergen County.

Full time 35 hours/week. Serves as the chief human resource administrator and is responsible for the overall human function in the municipality. Directs and supervises activities of personnel units involved in maintaining liaison between the municipality and the NJ Department of Personnel in matters of personnel administration; coordinates personnel programs, policies, and practices for the employees; does other related duties. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or may substitute experience with one year of experience being equal to 30 semester hours. Requires thorough knowledge of New Jersey Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations and experience with CAMPS. Five (5) years of supervisory personnel experience preferred. Salary D.O.Q.
