Credit Card and Electronic Payments of Municipal Court Fees
And Financial Obligations
The City of Hackensack is advertising a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the Credit Card and Electronic Payments of Municipal Court Fees and Financial Obligations.
The RFP specifications are on file in the office of The City Clerk’s Office
65 Central Avenue 3rd Floor, Hackensack, New Jersey, 07601 and may be obtained during regular hours from 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday except Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. NO SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE MAILED.
Sealed proposals clearly marked Credit Card and Electronic Payments of Municipal Court Fees And Financial Obligations (In triplicate) and title and name and address of party making same, addressed to The City Clerk, City of Hackensack will be received by mail or hand delivery, at the City of Hackensack, 65 Central Avenue 3rd Floor, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Submission due date is 02/27/2014 by 12:00 pm. No proposals received after that time shall be considered.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
