NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Request for Proposal to the City of Hackensack for ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL COURT, will be received at the City Clerk’s office at Hackensack City Hall, 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey, 07601, until 9:00AM prevailing time on Thursday, August 25th, 2011, which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Specifications for the above may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk, 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM, daily, except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. The City of Hackensack WILL NOT mail bid specifications. All specifications shall be obtained in person.
All Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c127. All Proposers must submit a Business Registration Certificate with their proposals.
Proposals shall be placed in an envelope and the envelope shall clearly be marked “Accounting Services for Municipal Court”
Address all Proposals to: City Clerk, Debra Heck, 65 Central Avenue, 3rd Floor, Hackensack, New Jersey 07601.
The City of Hackensack reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept the one that is in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the City of Hackensack.
