NOTICE TO BIDDERS
City of Hackensack

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hackensack, City Clerk’s Office, 65 Central Avenue, 3rd floor, Hackensack, New Jersey, 07601, Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, then publicly opened and read aloud for:

“City of Hackensack Solid Waste Disposal”

Specifications for the above may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk, 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. The City of Hackensack WILL NOT mail bid specifications. All specifications shall be obtained in person.

Triplicate copies of bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope and the envelope shall be clearly marked:
(1 stamped “ORIGINAL” & 2 stamped “COPY”)

“City of Hackensack Solid Waste Disposal”

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
